In addition to its outstanding role in the field of filtration, its monofilament or multifilament fabrics can also be used as defogging materials, drying cloths for paper machines, sewing threads, various protective cloths, electrical insulation materials, heat-resistant clothing materials and other materials; in addition, PPS fibers can be made into long-fiber reinforced composite materials for military, aerospace and other fields. Treating the PPS fiber fabric with a mixture of fluorine, oxygen and nitrogen as the main components is particularly suitable for use as an isolation material for electrochemical energy storage devices.
